I have more lag on the PS3. Also I love the 360 dashboard so much better than the PS3. The PS3 dashboard is just a big PSP. Do you even have party chat? I guess not.
I pay for XBL and PS+. I prefer the Xbox due to the fact I feel more like home. PS+ members pay for betas and some free "games". Good for you. You can get a beta on the internet easily, and also second profile to have the full game on the Xbox. Big deal.

No, the previetnam update you downloaded was vietnam. You just needed the unlock code. That update also has some minor changes to multiplayer.

@zombiekiller No you fail. PS3 now has no limits because people can now do whatever they want on PS3, including free of everything and homebrew games per example.
